Dr. Yahuza Husaini Umar is an accomplished Islamic scholar, academic, and expert in Islamic Banking and Finance with over 20 years of experience in teaching, research, and community service. He holds a Ph.D. in Islamic Banking and Finance (Jurisprudence) from the International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM) and currently serves as a Senior Lecturer at Bayero University, Kano. Dr. Umar has presented papers at numerous international conferences, published several scholarly works on Islamic finance and Islamic studies, and supervised numerous undergraduate and postgraduate research projects. He is also an award-winning Qur'anic scholar with international recognition for his excellence in Qur'an memorization and Islamic scholarship.
